The Opportunity

Peak Environmental is growing, and as our crews continue to expand, we need additional field leadership to help keep projects organized, productive, and moving in the right direction.

We are looking for a Landscape Crew Leader who has hands-on experience in landscape construction and experience leading a team.

You do not need to be a hardscape specialist. Experience with patios, walkways, retaining walls, pavers, stonework, or outdoor living projects is a plus, but strong leadership experience in landscape construction is what matters most.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support landscape crew members during daily field operations
• Help organize job sites, materials, tools, and daily priorities
• Communicate with crew members to keep work moving efficiently
• Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites
• Help maintain quality standards throughout each project
• Work hands-on alongside your crew
• Support a positive, productive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in landscape construction
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members
• Reliable work habits
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• A safety-focused approach

Hardscape experience is a plus, including experience with:

• Patios and walkways
• Retaining walls
• Stonework
• Paver installation
• Outdoor living construction

Schedule / Location

This is a field-based landscape construction position serving projects in Round Lake, Saratoga County, and surrounding communities.

• Monday through Friday
• Day shift
• 10-hour shifts
• No weekend work
